Spicy Berries Salad

For the dressing:
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint, plus extra for garnish
1 large lemon (zest and juice)
1 lime (zest and juice)
2 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener or powdered sugar
1 tbsp chili lime seasoning, plus extra for garnish
1/2 to 1 jalapeno, finely minced (de seed for less heat)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp pain hot sauce or sriracha
For the salad:
10-12 oz strawberries, quartered
8 oz raspberries
8 oz blueberries
8 oz blackberries
Here is how I made it:
1.In a small bowl, combine mint, lemon juice & zest, lime juice & zest, monk fruit sweetener, chili lime seasoning. Add minced jalapeño and hot sauce gradually, tasting as you go until you reach your preferred level of heat.
2.In a large bowl, combine COLD strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries with the dressing. Fold gently until evenly coated.
3.Garnish with extra chopped mint and chili lime seasoning.
4.Serve right away, or refrigerate 30-45 minuts to let the flavors marinate for extra kick.
