配料

• 1 microwavable cup mac and cheese (I like Velveeta brand)

• 1/4 cup cottage cheese (I like to blend mine) OR plain greek yogurt

• 1 light laughing cow cheese (or 1 TBS light cream cheese)

• 1-2 TBS fat free shredded cheese of choice

• salt, pepper, garlic (to taste)

步骤

1. Microwave mac and cheese cup according to package directions, add cheese packet that comes with it.

2. Stir in cottage cheese or greek yogurt, laughing cow, and shredded cheese until smooth.

3. Season with seasonings of choice and microwave again for 30 seconds or until hot.

This makes 2 side servings (for me), I like to pair it with a balanced meal (usually a meat of some sort and a green veggie).
