But you can eat tacos every day!

Chuck roasted Tacos

2 lbs chuck roast beef @heb

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 tablespoon of beef bouillon

1 tablespoon of oregano

2 tomatoes

2 jalapeño

3 garlic

Half a purple onion

4 cup water

Hand full cilantro

Use Monterey Jack cheese

Tortillas I use @missionfoodsus brand

Note: cut your chuck roast in square pieces, salt and pepper both sides fried on a pan for a couple of minutes fry your tomatoes, garlic, purple onion, and jalapeño in a pan until it’s soft. Add everything to the blender. Let this cook on low for 3 hours.
