Oriental Chicken Wings

Marinade
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup molasses
Meat
1 1/2 to 2 pounds of chicken wings.

Cut the chicken wings into its segments by cutting thru joint between drumette and the flat and the joint between the flat and the wing tip. Discard the wing tips or save them to make stock. (If you don’t care to do this ask your butcher).
Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a covered baking dish. Add the chicken wings (drumette and flat only) to the marinade. Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
After marinating overnight, remove the chicken wings from the marinade. Broil the wings until brown. Turn the wings over to brown the other side.
Return the chicken wings the marinade. Put the baking dish into a 300 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
备注
Instead of baking the wings after broiling, you could and the wings and marinade to a crockpot and cook for x hours on high. This is a convenient way to serve and keep them warm.
