1/2 pack of rice noodles

4 minced garlic cloves

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp rice vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp caraway seeds

2 thinly sliced scallions

1/4c chopped parsley

1/4c avocado oil

1/2 tsp cayenne

1/2 tsp black pepper

High heat, add oil, let it boil

Add all ingredients for 20 seconds

Mix with cooked noodles
