1.5 eggs

步骤

1. add eggs in a bowl and whisk them

2. add flour until batter has muffin batter consistency. strain the flour into the bowl if you don't want clumps. if you use a hand mixer, this is approx when the batter starts climbing up the whisk

3. add milk until the batter has pancake batter consistency (meaning if you take your whisk up it should be runny but not dripping)

4.repeat the process one more time: flour until muffin consistency, milk until pancake batter consistency

5. heat up pan with a bit of oil, add whatever you want in pancake (speck, bacon, blueberries, cherries....) and roast a bit, then pour pancake batter until covered (~5mm thickness)

6. roast on both sides, enjoy!
