Mix peppers green 1/2 cut diamond

Yellow pepper 1/2

Red pepper 1/2

Onion 1/4 cut diamond

Spring onion 5 pc

Garlic cloves 7 to 8 sliced

Ginger 1 small pc julienne

Cashew 10 to 15

Chilli red dry 7 to 8

For sauce

2 tbsp dark soya

2 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp of sweet chilli

1 tbsp of rice vinegar

Tofu 220 grm seasoned with salt pepper coated in corn starch 2 to 3 tbsp and couple drops of of oil cook in oven or pan fry it until it will be lightly browned .pinch of black pepper and corn flour slurry at end

For garnish sesame seed and spring onion
