Garlic Butter Shrimp

2 lbs shrimp shell-on, cleaned and deveined
8 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
½–1 tsp salt (adjust based on salted/unsalted butter)
½ tsp black pepper (optional)
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (optional, but amazing)
How to Make It

Heat the pan
Melt butter with olive oil over medium heat until hot and lightly sizzling — this gives you that glossy, golden base.
Brown the garlic
Add minced garlic and cook until lightly golden and aromatic (don’t burn it). This is where the flavor gets deep and sweet.
Sear the shrimp (shells ON)
Add shrimp and stir-fry 3–5 minutes until shells turn bright orange and the meat cooks through.
Shells keep the shrimp juicy and trap the garlic butter.
Season it right
Add salt and pepper. Toss for 2 minutes so every shrimp absorbs that buttery garlic goodness.
Finish & Serve
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and add a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Perfect with toasted bread, pasta, or rice.
