Garlic-Infused Parmesan Chicken Pasta Casserole

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
12 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and cook until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
Combine the shredded chicken and cooked pasta in a large baking dish.
Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
