Easy Chicken Tikka Kebab

2 pounds chicken breast

Optional-Cilantro for garnish

Wooden skewers - soaked in hot water

Marinade:

3 tablespoons Greek plain yogurt

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 teaspoons garam masala

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon dried fenugreek or dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon cayenne - or Indian red chili powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1.5 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Soak wooden skewers in hot water for at least 20 minutes.

cut chicken breast into medium size chicken- large enough to fit on skewers .

In a large bowl add all of the marinade ingredients. Mix well.

Add the chicken pieces. Gently mix.

Thread chicken onto wooden skewers.

Air fry at 390 for 11 minutes flipping half way through.

You change temperature to 400 and cook 2 minutes longer to get a blackened char look.

Be mindful and not overcook or chicken will dry out.

For oven cooking . Cook at 400 degrees for 14-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Don't overcook.

Serve immediately. Over rice , salad , pita or wrap.
