Instant Tiramisu Chia Pudding with 50g of Protein

I love chia pudding but always forget to make it the night before, so this ‘instant’ version has become my favorite way to make it!

For this recipe I used @promix’s Madagascar Vanilla protein powder, but you can also use their Chocolate flavor! 🍦 It’s made with clean, all natural ingredients and is SO delicious in this chia pudding recipe, smoothies and more!

Chia pudding layer:

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup very hot water

1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt

1 serving @promix chocolate or vanilla protein powder (discount code - CLAIRE)

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp instant espresso powder or coffee (regular or decaf)

2 tsp maple syrup to taste

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Vanilla layer:

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1 tsp maple syrup

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

How to:

Add the chia seeds and hot water to a bowl and stir. Let it sit for 30 to 45 seconds until the chia thickens and becomes gel like.

Add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, espresso powder and maple syrup. Stir until everything is smooth and combined.

Smooth the top of the chia pudding or transfer it to a glass or jar if you want the layers to show.

To make the topping, whisk the Greek yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Spoon the topping over the chia pudding and smooth it out. Dust with a little cocoa powder.

Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.�
