Low Carb Flatbread

Ingredients (makes 1 medium flatbread):
½ cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat & Prep 🔥 – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend Smooth 🌀 – In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until creamy.
Mix Together 🧀 – Add egg and mozzarella to the blended cottage cheese; stir or pulse until well combined.
Spread & Shape 🫓 – Pour the mixture onto the parchment and spread into a thin, round or oval flatbread shape.
Bake Golden ✨ – Bake for 15–18 minutes until edges are golden and the top is lightly browned.
Serve Warm ❤️ – Enjoy as-is, or use as a base for wraps, pizzas, or dipping into sauces.
