Sweet Chili Chicken Halloumi Sandwich

Ingredients (serves 2):
2 x 100g chicken breast
Smoked paprika
Garlic granules
Onion granules
60g reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce
60g halloumi
40ml reduced fat sour cream
Shredded lettuce
Chives
Spring onion
Brioche buns
Flatten the breasts if you need to. Season with the smoked paprika, garlic and onion granules. Rub in throughly. Brush over 20g of the sweet chilli sauce. Air fry for 15 minutes on 185 degrees.
Pan fry the sliced halloumi.
Lightly toast your brioche buns. Add on your sour cream, shredded lettuce, chicken fillet, halloumi, sweet chilli sauce, chives and spring onion.
