Burger Sauce

配料

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons caramelized onion and bacon jam (you can find recipes online or at specialty stores)

1 tablespoon ketchup

½ tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute (optional, for sweetness)

Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, caramelized onion and bacon jam, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and optional sugar.

Combine thoroughly and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
