Whipped Feta Dip with Hot Honey Sweet Potato Chips – Full Re

For the whipped feta dip

200 g feta cheese, crumbled

120 g cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)

For the sweet potato chips

2 medium sweet potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp black pepper

For the hot honey

¼ cup honey

½–¾ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

Sweet potato chips

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Slice sweet potatoes very thin using a mandoline or sharp knife.

Toss slices with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

Arrange in a single layer on the tray without overlapping.

Bake for 18–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Watch closely near the end to prevent burning. Let cool to crisp further.

Hot honey

In a small saucepan, gently warm honey over low heat.

Add chili flakes and simmer for 1–2 minutes, not boiling.

Remove from heat, stir in apple cider vinegar, and set aside.

Whipped feta dip

Add feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and chili flakes to a food processor.

Blend until smooth, creamy, and fluffy, scraping down sides as needed.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

To serve

Spread whipped feta dip onto a serving plate or bowl.

Drizzle generously with warm hot honey.

Serve with crispy sweet potato chips on the side
