Cowboy Butter Ranch Chicken Wings

Cowboy Butter Ranch Sauce
¼ cup butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili oil
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
¼–½ cup buttermilk (adjust for desired consistency)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp chives
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Chill to let flavors develop.
Chicken Wings
Wet Mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
Dry Mix
1½ cups panko flakes
½ cup flour
¼ cup cowboy butter seasoning
Instructions:
Dip wings into wet mix.
Coat thoroughly in dry mix.
Fry until golden and crispy (or air-fry/bake until cooked through).
Serve hot with cowboy butter ranch sauce.
Optional Finishing Touch
Drizzle extra cowboy butter sauce over wings or serve on the side for dipping.
