1 burrata
150g arugula
pepper
red pepper flakes
Parmiggiano reggiano
Balsamic glaze

lay out prosciutto italiano
top with ricotta, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, burrata, and arugula
season with pepper and red pepper flakes
roll the sheet of prosciutto up tightly (like a sleeping bag)
cut the roll into 1 inch slices, grate Parmigiana Reggiano across the top, and place a dollop of balsamic glaze on each piece
