EASY SOURDOUGH SANDWICH BREAD PIZZA DOUGH

Ingredients: • 1/3 cup active sourdough starter • 1 tsp salt • 1 ½ cups water • 3 to 3 ½ cups organic all-purpose flour • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp honey (or sugar)

Instructions:
The Night Before:
1.In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter with water until fully combined.
2. Add honey and olive oil. Mix well.
3. Add in salt and 3 cups of flour. Stir to combine, then gradually add more flour (up to ½ cup) until the dough is soft and slightly tacky but not sticky.
4. Knead for about 3 minutes, just until everything is well incorporated.
5. Cover the bowl tightly and let it rest at room temperature overnight (about 8 hours).
Next Morning: • Shape the dough into a loaf or stretch it out for pizza. • let it rise for almost double • Bake as desired!
This dough is super versatile - perfect for sandwich bread or homemade pizza!
