The Carajillo — a bold, delicious blend of tequila, coffee, and Licor 43. If you’re into espresso martinis, you might like this one even more.

Think coffee, vanilla, and a hint of citrus… smooth, slightly sweet, and dangerously easy to drink. Careful—you might end up replacing your morning coffee with this.

Recipe:

1 ½ oz fresh espresso or cold brew concentrate

1 oz reposado tequila (I’m using Cazcanes)

1 oz Licor 43

Orange peel or wedge

Grated cinnamon

步驟

Add the first three ingredients to a tin. Squeeze in a bit of fresh orange, express the peel, add ice, and shake hard. For extra texture, dump the ice and give it a quick dry shake.

Strain over fresh ice and finish with grated cinnamon on top.
