1 x 150g bag of Green Giant7' Fresh Seedless

Sweet Snack Peppers

150g hummus

½ x 200g bag of Green Giant Fresh Sweet Crunchy Baby Broccoli

步驟

1 Use a small, sharp knife to slice the tops off the peppers, then cut in half lengthwise.

2 Fill each pepper half with the hummus, either using a teaspoon or a piping bag.

3 Slice the stems off the baby broccoli and chop the florets into tiny pieces. Sprinkle the chopped florets over the hummus. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
