1 Handful Trader Joe’s Cut Butternut Squash

2 Handfuls Trader Joe’s Cruciferous Crunch Greens

1 Spoonful Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Cranberry and Orange Onion

1 Tsp Avocado Oil

Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute to

Black Pepper

Kosher Salt

1 Sheet Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Lavash

Minced Garlic

步驟

  1. In a pan, add Avocado Oil

  2. Once ready, sautee butternut squash and tomatoes until tomatoes burst

  3. Add Garlic

  4. Add Butter Beans with liquid

  5. After liquid has reduced a bit, add greens

  6. Add seasonings

  7. Serve with toasted lavash
