2 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

The juice of two lemons

60g or 1/4 cup tahini paste

30g or 2 tbsp water

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder

1/2 tsp alleppo pepper (optional)

15g or 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

sumac and additional olive oil to serve (optional)

步驟

Add the chickpeas to a food processor. Pulse until coarsely ground.

Add all other ingredients, except the olive oil and sumac.

Run the food processor until the hummus is smooth. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil with the machine running.

Serve, optionally topped with sumac and/or more olive oil.
