1/4 to 1/2 cup tart unsweetened Greek yogurt or kefir (I use nonfat for this but you can use any type!)

about 1.5-2 heaping cups watermelon

squeeze of lime juice

generous pinch of sea salt (I recommend @redmondrealsalt or @celticseasalt or something similar with extra trace minerals)

1 TBSP raw honey (feel free to add more if your watermelon isn’t very sweet)

a large handful of ice (you can either add this in to blend, or just add it to your cup and pour the drink over it, or both!)

Blend everything together until smooth and enjoy!💗
