10 tbsp plain flour

60g butter, softened

120g brown sugar

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp milk

4-5 tbsp chocolate chips

步驟

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/ gas mark 4. Place the flour in a small baking dish and toast in the oven for five minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

2 In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract until well combined.

3 Stir in the milk. Add the flour one tablespoon at a time, stirring vigorously to incorporate until the mixture has the texture of cookie dough.

4 Add the chocolate chips and mix until well combined. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge or freezer.

Don’t skip putting the flour in the oven. It kills bacteri@ making the cookie dough safe to eat.
