Griddle Teriyaki Steak and Broccoli Is Easy to Make and Perf

1 1/2 lbs NY Strip Steak, sliced
16 oz broccoli florets
1 onion, sliced
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Steak seasoning
Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds

Start by slicing your steak into thin strips. Chop about 16 oz of broccoli and slice an onion.
Heat a griddle over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli and onion to one side of the griddle with a little bit of olive oil. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir and let the broccoli start to cook down.
Next, add the steak to the other side of the griddle with some olive oil. Season with your favorite steak seasoning. Once the steak is cooked how you like it add some Buffalo Wild Wing’s Teriyaki sauce. I used just enough sauce to coat the steak. Stir in 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
Stir the steak, broccoli, and onions together. Top them with more Teriyaki sauce if needed, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve as is or over some white rice. Enjoy!
