One-pot Cajun Chicken Alfredo Orzo

600 g chicken breast cut into chunks 🍗

1½ cups orzo pasta 🍝

2 tbsp olive oil 🫒

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️

3 cloves garlic minced 🧄

1 cup chicken broth 🍖

1 cup heavy cream 🥛

¾ cup grated parmesan cheese 🧀

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped 🍅

Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂

Red pepper flakes optional 🌶️

Chopped parsley for garnish 🌿

步驟

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot and season chicken with Cajun seasoning

- Sear chicken until golden then remove and set aside

- In the same pot sauté garlic briefly then add orzo and toast lightly

- Pour in chicken broth and cream stir well then simmer until orzo is tender

- Return chicken add parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes stir until creamy garnish and serve
