Chili Oil

6 to 8 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 to 1/2 cup red chili flakes
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground szechuan peppercorn, freshly ground (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Over medium-high heat, combine oil and garlic. Allow to cook until the garlic starts to brown.
Combine dry ingredients in 2 cup heat safe container.
Pour oil mixture over dry ingredients. They should sizzle and bubble loudly. If not, more heat next time.
Allow to cool. Stir in sesame oil. Allow to rest overnight before using, for best flavor.
