8 Eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp yellow mustard

salt & pepper to taste

1/4tsp paprika

步驟

Put a pot with 1 inch of water on the stove to boil. Once boiling, add steamer insert and place eggs on top. Cover and continue boiling for 12 minutes.

Prepare an ice bath and let eggs cool in it for at least 15 minutes.

Once cool, crack and peel eggs under running water (use steamer basket to catch shells).

Dice or mash eggs, place in bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on sandwich bread.
