56g vanilla whey or plant protein

30 g sliced almonds or pumpkin seeds

30g maple syrup

28g melted coconut oil or avocado oil

Cinnamon + pinch of salt

步驟

Preheat oven to 325°F

Mix dry ingredients first

Stir in syrup + oil

Bake 20–25 min, stirring halfway

Cool completely (it crisps as it cools)
