Add 8-10 skin-on chicken thighs to a pot

1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup dark soy sauce, 1/2 cup cooking wine, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 4 slices ginger, 4 garlic gloves, 3 green onions,

You can also add aromatics like a cinnamon stick, bay leaf, things like that.

You can let it marinate overnight if you want to make it even better

Add 4 cups water and simmer the chicken for 25-30 minutes. Turn the heat off and let it sit in the pot covered for 5 minutes.

Eat with rice and a vegetable ty.
