Easy Candied Nuts

Snack on it, throw it in some morning granola and yogurt, add it to a lovely charcuterie board…just make it! 😃

3 cups Nuts (I like to use Pecans)

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

Splash of cinnamon, vanilla, and salt

Sauté over medium heat for about 15 minutes and then you need to REALLY WATCH!!! It will go from liquid to a crystallized sugar very quickly. Make sure to have a parchment lined baking sheet ready! Once you hit that crystalized moment, dump the nuts onto the parchment paper and enjoy!!!
