Ingredients: • ¼ purple cabbage (use ½ if it's small) • 2 carrots • 1 red bell pepper • 1 red onion • 1 small bowl cooked corn • 1 bowl pomegranate seeds • A handful of parsley

For the dressing: • ½ tea glass (≥60 ml) olive oil • Juice of 1 small lemon • 1 tsp sumac • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp sugar or 1 tsp honey • 1 crushed garlic clove (optional, but highly recommended)
