For the pasta:
300 g linguine (or spaghetti)
2 tbsp butter
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt, to taste
For the meat sauce:
200 g ground beef
150 g Italian sausage (mild or spicy), casings removed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil mix)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the cheesy finish:
½ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup shredded mozzarella (or provolone for extra melt)
Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
步驟
Cook the pasta:
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain.
Cook the meat:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and sausage; cook until browned and crumbly.
Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until soft.
Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
Make the garlic butter base:
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and chili flakes; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the drained pasta directly into the pan and toss to coat.
Combine everything:
Add the cooked meat mixture to the pasta.
Sprinkle in Parmesan and mozzarella, tossing until the cheese melts and clings to the noodles.
If it’s too thick, splash in a bit of the reserved pasta water for a silky finish.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and extra Parmesan on top.
Serve hot with garlic bread or a crisp green salad on the side 🥗✨
