Greek Chicken Kebabs

500g 5% fat chicken mince

60g cup cottage cheese

Bunch of chopped parsley

One small onion

20g tomato puree

4-5 garlic cloves

One lemon

1tsp salt, pepper, cumin, chili flakes & garlic powder

步驟

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Chop up your onion, garlic, and parsley.

In a large bowl mix your chicken mince, cottage cheese, juice of 1/2 lemon, chopped parsley, chopped garlic and onion. Dont forget your seasoning here!! Get stuck in with your fingers for best flavours 🥲

On parchment paper or foil lined oven tray, spread the chicken mix flat, press with your fingers to spread. Use a spatula to slice into 1-inch pieces

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

While it cooks, throw together your high-protein tzatziki

0% greek yoghurt, dill, garlic powder & juice of lemon. Mix it up, mix it up.

Serve in a flat bread with the tzatziki and any other toppings you like!

High-Protein Greek Yogurt Tzatziki

375g 0% Greek yogurt

1/2 shredded cucumber

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Galic powder

Chopped dill

1 tsp salt + pepper

Mix it up, mix it up.
