1 cup chickpeas (240 g)

1/3 cup peanut butter (80 g)

1 tbsp honey (15 ml)

1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)

1/4 tsp baking powder (1 g)

1/3 cup chocolate chips (50 g)

步驟

Blend chickpeas + peanut butter

Add honey, vanilla, baking powder

Blend until smooth

Add chocolate chips

Scoop cookies, flatten slightly

Bake 180°C / 350°F for 10–12 min
