Ingredients: 1-2 dashes of Lime Bitters; ¼ oz Campari; 1.00 oz Grapefruit Juice; 1 ½ oz Vodka or Gin; Top with Olive Brine Air; Just taking that classic Salty Dog and adding a touch of bitters and a topping of salty air. Pretty fantastic if you ask me. Gin truly shines better in this cocktail than vodka, but it’s your call!
