4–5 soft Medjool dates, pitted (I like @jooliesdates)
1 frozen banana (for creaminess)
1/2 unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you like)
1 tbsp plain or vanilla Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter (optional but amazing)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup ice
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or collagen
步驟
Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes (if they’re not super soft).
Add everything to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth, creamy, and dreamy.
Taste and adjust, add more milk if you want it thinner or more dates if you want it sweeter.
