KICKASS PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

Macros (per serving): 6g protein, 4g fat, 3g carbs, 75 cals

2 tbsp peanut butter

½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

¼ tsp paprika

¼ tsp cayenne

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari, additive free)

2 tbsp water

Salt + pepper to taste

Whisk it all together until smooth and creamy. That’s it. 🔥

SALAD add-ins:

2 large chicken breasts, cubed + cooked — seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, salt + pepper

3 cups cabbage, shredded

2 cups edamame

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Top with green onion (optional)

Enjoy and KICK ASS.
