1 cup rolled oats

½ cup almond flour

¼ cup melted coconut oil

⅓ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

1 egg

3 tbsp maple syrup

½ tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch sea saltBake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes
