• 5 low carb tortillas of choice (Ilike La Banderita)

• 8 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins

• fajita seasoning

• 1 cup water + 1 tsp tomato bullion

• 1 cup instant rice

• 1-2 TBS white queso per burrito

• other fillings of choice (veggies, pico, beans, etc

步驟

Prepare chicken, I like to season both sides with fajita seasoning, then air fry on 400F, 5 min each side, then take out and let it rest on a cutting board before dicing/shredding.

In a microwave safe bowl, add water, tomato bullion, and instant rice. Stir and microwave 5 min. 30 seconds (or until rice is done)

Divide this evenly amongst your 5 tortillas, then add chopped chicken. Drizzle 1-2 TBS white queso over each and add other toppings/veggies of choice

I like to wrap mine in a paper towel and foil, then unwrap and reheat in the paper towel when ready to eat
