Not a real Easter cocktail but delicious nevertheless.

50gram rice furikake (puffed rice, sesame, coconut)

220gram Mango liqueur

440gram Malibu

Sous vide for an hour on 65c

Let cool and add 500gram milk

Milk punch with 100gram lemon juice

Strain.

Bottle 130gram premix + 3grams soy sauce, chill.
