1 head of fresh broccoli (or 1 12oz frozen bag)

4 tsb olive oil

3 tablespoons water (none if using frozen)

2 tbsp parsley, basil, or mint

1 tbsp lemon juice

Freshly ground pepper

Garlic powder

步驟

  1. cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. If using frozen, warm for 2 minutes to room temp

  2. heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium heat. Add in broccoli stems first, let them brown. Add the rest of the broccoli next.

  3. add water (or not), cover and cook for 2 minutes. Uncover for 2 mins

  4. Off the heat, stir in the rest of the ingredients and season
