Apple cake

175g butter

150g caster sugar

2tsp vanilla extract

3 eggs

150g SR flour

2 tbsp custard powder

50ml milk

3 apples peeled cored and grated

步驟

Preheat oven to 160 fan

Grease an 8inch cake tin

Cream butter sugar and vanilla extract together

Add eggs and flour and custard powder.

Stir in the milk and fold through the apple.

Spoon into the cake tin and bake for about 40-45 minutes
