The Best Carrot Salad

3 carrots, thinly sliced with a peeler

2 tbsp avocado oil or any neutral oil

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp mince garlic

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (you can also use sugar or agave)

1 ½ tbsp lime juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp chili garlic crisp

2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds

Slice your carrots thin using a peeler and place in an ice water bath for about 15-20 minutes.

步驟

In a bowl, add your avocado oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame seeds and chili garlic crisp. Mix well. Add your well drained cold carrots to the bowl and mix until very well combined. Serve and Devour!
