1 1/2lbs Lean ground pork

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 dash Salt

1 dash Black pepper

5 Green onions (chopped and separated)

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

2 tsp Ginger root (minced)

4 cups Bean sprouts

Sauce:

1 tbsp Rice vinegar

1/2 tbsp Kotteri mirin by Kikkoman

1 tbsp Sesame oil

1 tbsp Spicy chili crisp hot sauce by Lao Gan Ma

3 tbsp Water

5 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Sugar

1 1/2 tsp White pepper

步驟

Make sauce and set aside

Cut wonton wrappers in half and separate

Cook pork using oil, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, green onions (whites)

Add bean sprouts and soften

Boil wontons (20-30sec) and drain. Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Add wonton wrappers to pork, add sauce, and mix

Finish with green onions (greens)
