I haven’t made too many things with fresh cranberries before, but this salsa.. I HAD to know about 😋

What you’ll need: 👩🏻🍳

1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries

1/3 cup cilantro, stems included

4 green onions, cut in half

1-2 jalapeño pepper, seeded or leave seeds in you want it more spicy 🥵

2 tbsp ginger, peeled

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 limes, juiced

1 tsp salt, (more if you feel it’s needed)

Pepper to taste

Make it:

Place everything into a food processor and pulse until chopped. (Don’t over blend, or it will be mushy).

Adjust with more salt + pepper to taste.

Serve with tortilla chips
