1/4 to 1/3 cup each of soy sauce & balsamic vinegar

Splash of avocado oil

Splash of maple syrup

1-2 tablespoons crushed red pepper

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, the broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
