6 Persian cucumbers, halved and sliced

0.5 cup diced red onion

0.5 cup apple cider vinegar

0.25 cup water

0.5 cup sugar

Sumac to taste

Add apple cider vinegar, water, and sugar to a medium bowl and mix to combine until sugar is dissolved.

Add cucumbers and red onion to bowl and toss. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then drain
