Sushi Bake!

Recipe: Sushi Bake
5 cups white rice, cooked
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
8-10 oz imitation crab, ~15-18 sticks, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup salmon or real crab
1/3 cup Kewpie mayo + more for drizzle
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp worstershire sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp sriracha
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4-5 green onion stalks, thinly sliced
Toppings—
Tobiko
Eel sauce
Kewpie mayo
Green onions
Sriracha
Avocado, sliced
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Roasted seaweed sheets
步驟
In a baking dish of choice add steamed rice and combine with rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix well. Press the rice down and spread evenly in the baking dish.
In a large bowl combine crab, salmon, mayo, cream cheese, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder and green onions. Mix well until meat is shredded and everything is combined evenly.
Spread crab mixture over the seasoned rice. Top with a drizzle of mayo.
Bake in the oven at 400F for 25-30 mins or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven. Top with a drizzle of sriracha, unagi sauce, tobiko and green onions.
To serve wrap roasted seaweed sheets, thinly sliced avocado and cucumbers with a little sushi bake. Enjoy!
