This is a recipe in my (you guessed it!) cookbook!! Coming out this month and available to order now! I changed up the recipe a bit to add in #IcelandicProvisions, because skyr, a thick & creamy Icelandic style yogurt, is one of my favorite high-protein baking staples. If you swap out the herb oil (also in my book!), it turns into a six ingredient recipe, no problem.

I made this a few years ago with an anchovy topping, and to-date it’s one of my favorite appetizer spread breads or side dish breads.

I say in the book I love it because it looks like an unmade bed, and I love anything bed and bread related 🙂
